A deposit refund on function/event cancellation will be given to the hirer by Bush Hall only if it is 90 days prior to confirmed booking date bv

The total amount of the Venue Hire Fee will be payable (deposit + outstanding balance), if the function/event is cancelled or postponed within 90 days of the confirmed booking date of the event. Any event that is cancelled or postponed once this contract has been signed is liable for an administration fee of £500 plus VAT in addition to the Venue Hire Fee All other pre-agreed costs via the agreed budget such as food, drink, photographers, entertainers and such like, are non-refundable within 90 days of the confirmed booking date of the event.
