Why do you want to work with LGBTQ+ couples?
As someone in a long-term queer relationship myself, I know how important it is to feel comfortable and understood around the people involved in your wedding. Even now, many LGBTQ+ couples still find themselves checking whether suppliers are genuinely inclusive before making an enquiry.
I’ve spoken to couples who previously felt uncomfortable with photographers making assumptions about gender roles or simply not understanding queer relationships. I never want anyone to feel that way with me. When my partner and I had our own civil ceremony, it meant everything to celebrate our relationship openly and equally, surrounded by the people we love. That experience stays with me when I photograph weddings now. For me, queer weddings are not a niche or a trend. They’re real relationships, real families and real celebrations, and I genuinely love being part of them.What is your creative approach to weddings?
My creative approach is calm, documentary-led and unobtrusive. I focus on real moments as they naturally unfold, rather than directing or staging scenes. I pay attention to people, atmosphere and connection, working quietly in the background so couples can stay present and enjoy their wedding day while I capture it honestly and naturally.
What do you love about what you do?
I love being trusted to document such an important day in people’s lives. Weddings are full of genuine emotion, small in-between moments and real connections, and I enjoy capturing those as they naturally happen. I also value working with couples from all backgrounds and being able to create images that feel honest, inclusive and true to each story.
What is included in the wedding package?
- A relaxed pre-wedding consultation, with ongoing support from booking through to your wedding, including venue visits where helpful
- A pre-wedding / engagement photoshoot to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and to understand how we’ll work together on the wedding day
- Natural, unobtrusive photography throughout your wedding day, focused on real moments, connection and atmosphere
- Thoughtfully edited, high-resolution images delivered in colour with a selection in black and white
- A complete set of usable images from your wedding day (excluding duplicates and technically unsuccessful frames)
- A private, password-protected online gallery to view, download, share and print your photographs with ease
- A personalised USB presentation box with your final gallery and an accordion mini book
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No. I only photograph one wedding a day so I can give each couple my full attention and focus, without rushing between events.
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Both. I offer hourly coverage for smaller celebrations and full-event packages for couples who would like their entire wedding day documented. This flexibility allows you to choose the coverage that best suits your plans and budget.
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
No. I bring all the professional equipment I need with me, so there are no special materials or requirements needed from you. All I ask is that I have access to the locations where the wedding and celebrations are taking place.
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept payment by bank transfer (BACS) and PayPal, making it easy and convenient for couples to pay in the way that suits them best.

Having had to bring our wedding forward due to impending Covid restrictions Paul changed his plans at two days notice to cover our event.
He was there ahead of time, already snapping away before we even arrived.
