Each wedding package is thoughtfully tailored to reflect every couple’s unique needs and vision. We provide expert guidance in creating the ideal timeline for your day, ensuring everything flows seamlessly. Before the wedding, couples have the opportunity to connect with their dedicated photography and cinematography team through an online video call to discuss every detail.

Our core deliverables include a complete gallery of beautifully edited images in both high-resolution and web-size formats, a cinematic highlight teaser, and a full wedding day film. And because we know how exciting it is to relive the magic, we deliver a selection of preview images within a week after your wedding. Of course, couples may also choose to enhance their package with additional productions such as luxury albums, prints, Instagram-ready videos, video summaries, or a full documentary of their day.

If our team’s schedule and resources allow, and we have a reliable backup plan in place for both events, we are happy to accommodate a second wedding on the same day.

We offer a detailed price list with fixed services and rates; however, we’re always delighted to prepare customized packages to suit each couple’s unique needs.

Should the couple wish to extend our services closer to the wedding date or on the day itself, and our team is available, we will gladly provide the additional coverage at an agreed hourly rate.

The Phosart Team brings many years of experience capturing weddings in a variety of weather conditions.

In Santorini, where we photograph numerous weddings each year, we are accustomed to working in bright sunlight, strong winds, and occasional unexpected rain, ensuring beautiful results no matter the circumstances.

Our most common and flexible payment plan requires a 30% deposit to secure the date.

The next 40% of the total balance is due six months before the wedding day, with the remaining 30% payable two months prior to the event.
