Bradbourne House is a stunning exclusive use venue, located in the heart of the Kent countryside village of East Malling. With over 20 acres of land, boasting our hidden gem of a waterfall, and beautiful lake running through the grounds, it is the perfect location for all occasions.

The House as you see it today dates back to the 1700s, however there was a Tudor house onsite dating back to the 1500s which has been altered over the years. Bradbourne House was residence to the Twisden family and remained in their ownership for over 400 years, before being bought by East Mallling Trust in 1938. Bradbourne House is still full of its original character showing its abundance of history, which you could become a part of! We have four ceremony locations onsite, including the following:

• The Drawing Room (up to 40 guests)
• The Great Hall (up to 100 guests)
• The Great Hall Steps (up to 120 guests)
• Hatton Garden (up to 120 guests)

We have our own in-house catering team, BaxterStorey , who create the most exquisite of dishes for you and your guests to enjoy. Our head chef, carefully designs our menus to cater for all requirements, and if there is something that perhaps takes your fancy, we would be delighted to work with you to create your dream wedding day dishes!

Included in our day packages, is a menu tasting, where you can taste our food and chat with the head chef to ensure your wedding meal is how you envision.

We are an exclusive use venue, so the entire house and grounds are yours for the day! Exclusive Use also does not mean expensive - you can hire the house for your special day at competitive pricing, which we believe to be great value!

Unfortunately, we do not have accommodation onsite, however we work closely with local hotels and accommodation sites to provide you and your guests a well deserved nights sleep, after a day of celebrating you.
