We understand that no two weddings are the same, so from start to finish, your personal wedding coordinator will be on hand to help and talk through your plans – to understand, assure and inspire a confident run up to that special day.

The hotel’s officially authorised Civil License enables us to host wedding ceremonies within a choice of suites. So you can have an intimate ten invited guests or as many as a hundred and fifty sitting in in your civil wedding ceremony.

Enhance your wedding experience with delectable dining options. Whether it's a lavish three-course sit-down affair or a delightful buffet spread, our venue caters to your every culinary desire, ensuring your celebration is a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Exclusivity

team  With a number of different spaces to choose from, we are sure you'll find the right place to celebrate your wedding. The wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception can all be held in the same room or we are flexible if you would like to mix and match some of our other spaces. We are always happy to discuss your requirements to help create the perfect day for you and your guests.

Accommodation

Here at the Kegworth Hotel we have 42 comfortable spacious en suit rooms. All of our rooms have hair dryers, hot drinks making facilities, large flat screen Tv, toiletries, wardrobe, built in safe, iron, desk space and non smoking. Our breakfast service weekdays 7am-9am and weekends 8am-10am. Being situated in the East midlands off the M1 junction 24 we are ideally located for all your guests from Scotland to London with access from East midlands parkway train station

Cancellation Policy

To confirm your wedding date, we will ask for a £1000 non-refundable deposit. A further non-refundable payment at months, 6 mounts, 3 months prior to the big day. Your final payment is due 1 month before the big day after you have met with our Wedding Planner, Catharine, to go through all the details of  your bid day and confirm your numbers.
