Bespoke Menus

Weddings include personalised menus created with you and your partner — you can work with the venue’s team to tailor starters, mains, desserts, and drinks to suit your tastes and dietary needs. A complimentary menu tasting for the bride and groom is typically included so you can sample options before your big day. Multiple Courses Catering usually comprises a multiple-course wedding breakfast (starter, main, dessert), with table service and options for paired wines. Dietary Flexibility The venue offers a range of in-house options, including vegetarian, vegan and other special diets — and can adjust dishes for guests with specific requirements. Evening Food Evening reception catering can include buffets or other informal food choices, often designed to complement the earlier meal and keep guests satisfied through the night.

When you choose this package, you typically get:

• Use of all private function rooms and lounges — not just the primary wedding spaces.
• Access to the hotel’s landscaped gardens and grounds for photos, drinks receptions or socialising.
• Bespoke menu consultations so you can tailor the wedding breakfast and drinks to your preferences.
• Premium drinks package upgrade — often included or available as part of the enhanced exclusivity package.
• Extended conservatory bar until 1 am, giving more flexibility for your evening celebrations.

Note* Bedroom accommodation is not automatically included in the exclusive use fee — but you’ll usually agree a minimum number of rooms at a special wedding rate.

The hotel offers 34 individually designed and furnished bedrooms in total, located within the main house and grounds of this elegant 4-star country house venue. Many rooms have beautiful views across the gardens and lake.

Wedding guests usually receive preferential accommodation rates when staying overnight for a wedding. Accommodation is not automatically included in your wedding package unless specifically arranged (for example, as part of an exclusive use agreement with a minimum room allocation). In the unfortunate circumstances that you have the cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to your event, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee against the total contracted business according to notice received.

From date of signed contract to 52 weeks prior, £1,000 cancellation fee*

• Within 27-52 weeks 50% chargeable of total value*
• Within 13-26 weeks 75% chargeable of total value*
• Within 0-12 weeks 100% chargeable of total value*

Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the hotel at the first instance verbally, followed by written confirmation. *Total Value is determined by – minimum package price, value of contracted bedrooms and bar spend per person (based on 100) calculated at £17.50 per person. We recommend taking out wedding insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
