What Makes Us Unique
In a nutshell
Hi I'm Sassy, I have been an alternative wedding photographer for over a decade and have shot unique weddings throughout the U.K. and all around the world. I love relaxed, fun weddings full of personality. Candid's packed full of life, love, shots and dancing are what really make me tick!
Why do you want to work with LGBTQ+ couples?
I love all my couples but my LGBTQ+ couples have been so much fun to work with. Because they don't take their love for granted they really know how to celebrate it and boy do they ever!!
What is your creative approach to weddings?
I prefer to work in a candid way, documenting the day as it unfolds. Group shots I like to keep simple and fun with a little bit of sass thrown in. The couple shots I always approach as an adventure. I like to give my couples down time together but without stealing them off for a long time all at once. I love working with the changing light throughout the day. My absolute favourite part of a wedding is a kick ass dancefloor!
What do you love about what you do?
Everything.....I mean what's not to love about being surrounded by happy people in love. I get such a buzz out of the fact that maybe in 50 years time when I'm possibly not around anymore people will still be getting to relive the amazing weddings I get to be part of through photos I took! To me that's absolutely huge!
What is included in the wedding package?
My prices include me snapping away for the duration booked, individually editing the high resolution images and returning them via digital download in full colour and black and white (two versions to give you the ultimate choice....I will always choose colour!). The online gallery is available to whoever you share it with and those people can download images for free too. I also include travel within England and Wales (Scotland, Ireland and further afield would incur a sensible extra travel charge). Finally as I am totally dog obsessed I include a donation to a dog charity close to my heart with every wedding package!
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Do you charge per hour or per event?
My rates are based on length of cover and I'm very flexible. If needed I can work extra hours at £100 per hour.
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
No
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept payment by bank transfer. There is a 20% deposit payable on booking with the balance due two weeks before the big day.
