I am deeply committed to providing a welcoming and understanding space for LGBTQIA+ couples. It's vital to me that all couples, irrespective of their identity, feel truly seen and embraced by their celebrant. Love knows no boundaries, and every love story is unique.
But, beyond the labels, many couples simply want to focus on what truly matters – the love and commitment they share. Whether it's a same-sex wedding, a heterosexual wedding, or any other variation, at its core, it's a celebration of two individuals pledging their love and lives to each other. Love unites us all, and that's the heart of the matter, isn't it? I love collaborating with my couple to craft a ceremony that strikes the perfect balance between love, emotion, lighthearted humour, and, of course, the right touch of solemnity at pivotal moments in the ceremony. Ultimately, it's your day, and it's all about you! I'm here to honour your beliefs and create a wedding ceremony that truly reflects your unique love story and vision for this momentous occasion. What is included in the wedding package?
Should you decide to move forward and choose me as your Celebrant, from day one, I'm here to support you with a wealth of helpful hints and tips. Whether you're seeking suggestions for readings, assistance with crafting your own vows or considering personal touches like a special ritual,
I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Around six months before your big day, I'll send you your "Ceremony Homework", I'd also love to arrange a call or even a visit a couple of months before the ceremony. This gives us a chance to delve deeper into your love story and understand your vision for the wedding ceremony. Once I have gathered all the necessary details, I will spend some time crafting the first draft of your ceremony script. But don't worry, I'm not just handing it over and disappearing! I'll continue to work closely with you, making any changes needed until it's absolutely perfect and reflects your vision. As your big day approaches, you can count on me to be punctual and thorough. I'll check in with your venue and liaise with any other suppliers you've arranged, such as photographers or musicians. Additionally, I'll have a quick chat with members of your wedding party, anyone doing readings and If any nerves need calming, or buttonholes need to be pinned on, I'm here for that too! When the moment arrives, the one you've been eagerly waiting for, I'll be there to officiate your bespoke ceremony with the utmost care and attention. Included in my fee:- Crafting a beautiful, bespoke and memorable ceremony
- Open and continuous communication throughout the entire process.
- A ceremony rehearsal, whether it's in person at your chosen venue or as required.
- A beautiful copy of your Ceremony Script.
- Beautiful personalised vow booklets.
- A specially designed wedding ceremony certificate for you to sign during the ceremony.
- The use of a large portable speaker and two microphones if needed.
- Peace of mind on your special day, as unlike many other Celebrants, I only book one ceremony a day, ensuring complete flexibility in case of timing changes or unexpected delays.
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
I only ever book one ceremony a day. Unlike many other Celebrants, I am an established and experienced wedding Celebrant with over 20 years of experience in the wedding industry. I understand the need to ensure my couples do not have to worry that their ceremony will not go ahead if there are any unexpected delays.
Do you charge per hour or per event?
My 2024 ceremony fee is from £650
My 2025 ceremony fee is from £750Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
I am able to officiate a ceremony where and when a couple wishes.
What forms of payment do you take?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal
I only ask for a deposit of £200 with the remaining amount due 6 weeks before the wedding date.Where are we?

She was always responsive, right from the first email which we had messaged quite late in the evening, and by midnight Nicola had already responded. From our first Zoom call with Nicola, we knew she was the person we wanted to deliver our ceremony. Nicola was kind, caring, witty and empathic and made us feel very comfortable and understanding with my husband’s hectic work schedule at the time. Our first few video calls were hilarious. We hit it off and felt at home. We were looking for a little guidance with our ceremony having researched a lot before, but Nicola broke everything down for us and gave us ideas to think about, to create those special moments during our ceremony.
Nicola gives you all the options and guidance to really make your own decisions, you don’t have to follow the norm and that should always be ok.
On the day, our guests adored Nicola, they thought she was funny and brought life into the ceremony whilst telling our story.
If you’re feeling nervous, Nicola has a remedy for a crying groom. Nicola has the tissues There is honestly no element she hasn’t already experienced and can’t help you through.

Before learning about what you do, I could never have even DREAMED we’d be able to have such a personal, fun, funny, emotional, meaningful ceremony.
