Fitzpatrick Photography came about from the idea of doing something different!

To move away from the traditionally uncomfortable, staged wedding photos we all know so well! Instead, we wanted to create memories, authentic, emotional and genuine mementoes of each day. To Photograph how we knew we would want to be photographed!

Over the past 10+ years, we have worked with, been friends with and photographed 100s of couples. Many of these have been part of or involved in the LBGTQ+ community. Marriage is not about sex, race or religion. It is about two people genuinely in love who want to spend their lives together. As a wedding photographer, who wouldn't want to photograph those moments?

We aim to provide each of our couples with the feeling of relief that comes from knowing you have a skilled photographer, full of personality and as passionate about your wedding day as you are.

10 years ago, we weren't simply wedding photographers.

10 years ago, we were in your shoes. Planning our own wedding, counting down the days until February 14th, 2016 - the date we would say "I do" at a boutique hotel in the lakes. As the years, then months leading up to our own wedding date slipped by, both the stress and excitement began to build. Like you, we researched, we planned and we crossed our fingers that our dream wedding would come together just as we planned. One thing almost more than anything, we wanted to document our day so that the memories we we has to look back on felt like "us." We wanted the memories and emotions to feel genuine not staged, those fleeting moment captured, and to have something we could look back on forever! We couldn't photograph our own wedding but we would love to capture yours!
