Why do you want to work with LGBTQ+ couples?
I love photographing LGBTQ+ weddings because I always feel like I belong. The couple and their guests feel like my friends and my type of people, and it's just so much more fun to work with people you vibe with. Plus it's just very important to me to serve the community, and be a welcoming and safe space.
What is your creative approach to weddings?
I like to be a combination of a stealthy ninja, and a friend who just happens to be taking photos. I consider it the biggest compliment when guests ask if I'm a friend of the wedding couple. I try not to be noticed while I'm taking candids of happy, laughing people, but if you do spot me, I'm also happy for you to ham it up for the camera! I love getting a few couple portraits (very natural, not supermodel poses!), and then the rest of the day is literally just fly-on-the-wall stuff of everyone having the best time ever.
What do you love about what you do?
The fun and joy! Everyone at a wedding is so happy, so delighted to be there, so excited to see everyone, that it just makes me happy too.
What is included in the wedding package?
Lots of my couples don't want added extras, so my basic package is just priced per hour, and you get the high resolution edited photos. You can absolutely add on a second shooter, engagement shoot, or album if you want!
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No.
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Per hour.

Bank Transfer.
