I am an upbeat, humour-filled memory maker hell bent on making a ceremony as great as the couple getting married. Living in America for thirty years means I come with a transatlantic accent and a positive California vibe. I love nothing more than writing and telling your story by combining the love, memories and happiness that brought you together and will keep you strong.

The first wedding I ever attended in England was my uncles. He was marrying his partner (my other "uncle") of 30 years in the town hall in Brighton. It was a registrar ceremony, so I'll be honest and say it wasn't particularly exciting, but the meaning behind it after so many years together was wonderful. I knew then that not only did I want to be a celebrant, but that without a doubt inclusivity of all love was obvious.

I love people, couples, stories and love! As an independent celebrant, there are no rules about the ceremonies I create - only that the couple are happy and getting exactly what they want.

A call or zoom to get to know one another, followed by a meet-up, planning ideas, a fun couples quiz, lots of writing about your love story, the traditional elements of  wedding ceremony (if you want them), any special elements you might like to add, and help with readings, vows and music. And of course, the delivery of your ceremony on the special day!

I am dedicated to making a ceremony perfect for a couple and sometimes that means being flexible with times or arrangements. For that reason, I never do more than one wedding on a day. I am all yours!

Charge is per ceremony at a fixed all-inclusive rate, unless distant travel is required.

I'm happy to perform a ceremony indoors or outdoors and in the sunshine or the rain. All that matter is we have a happy couple!

Payment is made by direct bank transfer with a £100 deposit for confirmation of booking.
