Everyone has the right join together with their life love. For too long people have been constrained by society's conformity and narrowness. Be together, love together... love is a celebration, and a party I want an invite to.

I have a cinematic style to my work, so I like to understand the story behind a couple's choice for theme, colour palette and venue. We meet and I take copious notes , so that I can start to build their wedding story with them.

It's all about making a statement without saying a word, and to do that there has to be a clear narrative running through the wedding photography. It's not about being choreographed, but understanding the essence of a couple and their love story. Once you understand that, you can be in the right lace to capture the tender, funny , sometimes crazy parts of a day. With everything in camera, it's then down to some subtle and consistent editing that ties in with the look and feel for the day.

I get to be with people who are so in love, they're shouting that loud for all to hear. What's not to love about that? I get to share the tender , funny and emotive elements of a day that joins two people together. I'm an incurable romantic, who beieves that everyone has the right to beautiful, stylish images to celebrate their love.

I love getting involved with planning the shot list for the day. This is where we can be creative in realising a couples' vision for their photography. This is the part where we really get to know each other. I love being around people, and shining a light on their true selves.
