I’m here for the risk-takers, the space-hoppers, the tattooed food fighters. For the grooms who dance down the aisle, for the brides who won’t be told to smile. I’m here for the barn weddings, the beach weddings, the ‘everybody cries when she’s making her speech’ weddings. Let’s have a day to remember.

That whole bossy thing? Yelling through megaphones and dragging people about? I’m not doing that. I’m not that person. It’s not about disappearing off for three hours to create that perfect portrait. I won’t take over your time with the people you’ve invited to celebrate with you.

I genuinely love my job and nothing beats a good wedding. Two people in love is just that and its great to see and even better to be able to capture and create lasting memories.

I’m a dedicated wedding photographer now. But I developed my skill working for years as a live music photographer. I also provide a unique mentoring and tuition service for newbie wedding photographers, or for wedding pros who want to inject a little excitement into their style.

Live music photography taught me a lot about technique, particularly shooting in dark and tricky situations. But whether you’re shooting a wedding or Alkaline Trio on the main stage, the common ingredient is emotion.

Finding the right wedding photographer is difficult. I choose to make myself affordable to the majority of people. I never saw myself as being one of those guys that charges £5,000 a wedding. That wouldn’t work for my couples. I’m clear about my prices because I want to make things easy for you. But I want you to choose me based on my work, not on my prices.

• Pre-Wedding Consultation – Face to face or Facetime/Skype
• One Full Day’s Relaxed and Natural Coverage, with creative and beautiful couples’ portraits and family formals carefully timed for minimal disruption.
• Over 350 images painstakingly edited in my style, in a password protected online gallery
• No travel charge within 2 hours of Manchester, Travel charge of £350 outside of this (for destination weddings just ask for a travel quote)
• Full day coverage, from 2.5 hrs before the ceremony through to your first dance (no later than 9.30pm)
• All images edited and delivered in your own password protected gallery
