Every wedding is like a story that develops over time.

We usually start by finding the perfect venue.This process often takes a couple of weeks and allows us to get to know the clients, learn more about their personalities and what they like.The next step is to establish a design and creative direction, which is often dictated by a selected venue.First we decide on a colour story, then we create design proposals with layouts, floorplans and moodboards in consultation with our couples, and we refine these until they're perfect.At Shiraz, we think it's extremely important to get the design right during proposal stages as it's much easier and cheaper to change a colour scheme or a piece of furniture on paper, rather than making costly changes further down the line.Unlike corporate brands that often have brand guildelines, colour scheme, fonts and design style, couples don't have these and need to establish their own brand identity, which can be a stressful experience if it isn't handled correctly.We guide them through the creative process by presenting them with beautiful concepts and although the final look is often a compromise or a blend of the couple's ideas, it's never a compromise from a design perspective as it's carefully thought through and finished by a Shiraz designer -and whether it's a floral design, tablescape, cutlery, glassware, lighting or a mode of transport, every element will be discussed with the couple and designed to perfection.
