In a nutshell
The Prop Library’s collection has been a labour of love and is a treasure trove of vintage and original pieces. It takes a great deal of time, effort and patience to source vintage pieces, and with our busy lives, to hats often easier said than done. Our collection allows couples to create Pinterest-worthy decor, in an affordable and sustainable way, without the hassle of sourcing, collecting, storing and selling on any pieces they buy.

What is your creative approach to weddings?
We cater for a full spectrum of clients, from those who know exactly what they want for their special day to those who would like help creating the overall design and then bringing it to life. We don’t believe there should be any limits to your creativity and are here to help you bring your vision to life.

What is included in the wedding package?
We’re not fans of ‘Wedding Packages’, so you can hire whatever you would like to create a day that truly reflects you as a couple and your love.
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
As a rental business, we can cater for just one or multiple weddings, depending on the style and type of decor required.For couples who don't have time to set things up themselves, we offer a select number full-service weddings each year. These can include everything from delivery and set up to take down and return. If this is something you might need, we would encourage you to book as early as possible to secure your date.
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Our standard rental period is for up to a four day hire with collection and delivery on a Thursday or Friday and return on the following Monday. We can often accommodate longer hires or weekend delivery if required, just get in touch with your requirements.
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Standard bookings require a minimum spend of £300 (excluding installation/delivery).
What forms of payment do you take?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is paid a month before your hire.There is no minimum spend for last minute hires, so do get in touch if your plans change or you need some extra pieces closer to your event date.
