Sophie Easton of True Promise Ceremonies is a qualified, professional celebrant specialising in truly bespoke wedding and civil partnership ceremonies.
Sophie feels passionately that ceremonies should reflect the identity and uniqueness of each couple. Ceremonies conducted by Sophie can be held anytime, anywhere and can include any content you choose.
Her role is to listen intently to your wishes, guide you and inspire you with ideas, and work closely with you at every stage to devise and deliver your perfect ceremony.
You have probably visited this website looking for some inspiration to help make your day truly unique and special. That is exactly what your ceremony should be. Making your promises to each other before your family and friends is the central purpose of your day, and I would love to work with you to create the ceremony of your dreams.
Firstly I offer a no obligation meeting to get to know you as a couple and hear all about your ideas for the ceremony. I can also offer lots of inspiration wherever needed, and have extensive lists of readings, music choices, vow ideas, and more. I work with you to ensure that we get the tone and content of the ceremony just right, and I also work ,outside the box' by visiting your venue and liaising with other key people involved in the ceremony to ensure that everyone is prepared and everything will run smoothly on the day.
I honestly love everything about my job, but my absolute favourite thing is seeing couples' faces light up as they watch their ceremony unfold and exchange their heartfelt promises to one another , every ceremony is different but they are all equally heart-warming.
There are so many I love , if I had to choose I would pick Hoppepolla by Sigur Re³s as a processional or recessional piece, and Nat King Cole's Let There Be Love as a good old singalong!
I work mostly in London, Surrey, Kent and West Sussex. However I am happy to travel to other areas in the UK and can quote travel expenses depending on location.
