We believe we were the first local wedding car company to do the first same sex couple wedding in Mansfield & I, Mick, Wedding Wheels Ltd Director personally drove the newly married gay couple all around our local town of Mansfield to the sound of many cheers & toots from well wishers. Since then, over the years we have done so many gay or lesbian weddings & we consider ourselves proud to be a LGBTQ+ wedding transport service provider.

Every couple's wedding requirements & expectations are different & we always aim to not only provide those but exceed expectations. Everyones emotions & nerves on the day are different too so we have to adjust our approach as called for & aid to ease your nerves. We do this many times per week but for you it is a massive transition & commitment & we need to be sensitive to this & adjust accordingly. Believe you me we have seen it all at weddings - good & bad!

To us it is one of the best jobs in the world as we cannot think of anything better than being a part, albeit a small but important part of a couple's auspicious day & all their families too. Fantastic spirit of the day & the couple & their guests all looking splendid & we feel privileged to be involved even though we are there to provide a sevice, an exquisite service & be discreet & blend in to the background & not be obtrusive.

What We Offer:

• Unlimited journeys for the main members of the wedding party (reasonable time / distance schedule permitting).
• Red carpet treatment for the bridal party.
• Ribbons and bows in a colour of your choice to compliment your colour scheme.
• Offer a complimentary bottle of sparkling bubbly after the service for the happy couple to enjoy on the journey to the reception or the short ride around  afterwards if using just the one venue.
• We offer discounts for more than one car booked and midweek events. We also don’t make extra charges, so what we quote, is what you pay:-

  Do We Have Extra Hidden Charges? Please note the only addition we charge extra for is if any further destination for photos is required & this usually will incur an extra charge of £20 re the driver’s extra time, unless as some places, charge significantly more in order to access their grounds & then we would have to also pass this additional cost onto the customer. Wedding Wheels Ltd are the choice when it comes to your special day! We only cover one wedding per day with each car booked.

We pride ourselves on giving outstanding service & we do not believe in rushing your wedding to get off to another one. So the car is yours from the first pick up to when we take you to your wedding reception venue or if the ceremony & reception is all at the same venue then we wait for you to have photographs taken with the car or cars afterwards & we offer a short 10/15 minutes ride to enable you both to have a few quiet moments together & enjoy your bottle of bubbly together which also gives time for your guests to get a drink etc and then gather to greet you.

We do not charge by the hour or tot up every mile.  There are no mileage 'tot ups' or any going over any allotted time/hours.  We work in wide radius bandings & not on individual mieage.

 

We are fully public liability covered & skilled in chauffeuring & wedding etiquette.

All we ask on booking is a £100 booking fee per car to secure the car or cars of your choice with the remaining balance not being due until 4 weeks before your big day.  Payment may be made via card over the telephone or bank transfer - details upon request.
