Why do you want to work with LGBTQ+ couples?
Why on earth wouldn’t I? A couple is a couple; only the personalities are unique.
What is your creative approach to weddings?
Starting with the couple’s view of how they want the event to feel in terms of style, choreography and ‘formality’. I spent time talking to couples - separately and together to get background. I’ll draft the ceremony ‘script’ until couple is delighted and comfortable with it.
What do you love about what you do?
Helping family groups enjoy a special day.
What is included in the wedding package?
My time to create the event (celebrant ceremony) and my performance time. Travel costs are included, depending on locality.
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No. I will be dedicated to you for your special day.
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Per event. Celebrant ceremonies require planning and bespoke scripting. I can offer these services independent of performance if that is wanted - but it never has been! My ‘combo’ package adds toastmaster / MC support if wanted.
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Can’t think of any. None so far in over three hundred events.
What forms of payment do you take?
Bank transfer, Paypal, cheque or cash.
£75 non refundable deposit. Balance two weeks before event - or any mutually agreed arrangement. I was paid in wine and car very lunch vouchers for one event.Where are we?
