In a Nutshell
Imagine marrying in your own, private castle; Allerton Castle is a castle wedding venue in Yorkshire that offers you just that. Set in 200 acres of beautiful grounds in Yorkshire’s rural heartland, Allerton Castle is a magnificent Gothic castle that was built in the 1849 but has roots that stretch back almost 1,000 years. History, character, pleasure gardens – it has it all…
Castle Wedding
Available for exclusive use hire, this castle wedding venue can host intimate ceremonies of less than 10 people and larger-scale weddings and celebrations of up to 200. A range of fantastic spaces are available to you including the Victorian oak, Gothic-decorated Great Hall, the exquisite, high-vaulted ballroom, and even a marquee should you wish your wedding party to spill outside into the gardens.
Glorious Backdrops
Step outside and into the gardens to pose for photos against a truly magical backdrop, or steal a quiet moment together in the grounds away from the hubub of your wedding party, before celebrating into the night with your nearest and dearest.
