Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by The Client/Hirer
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel, postpone, or decrease your confirmed booking at any time prior to arrival, the following cancellation charges are applicable for all contracted bookings: · 6 Months or more before the hire date - no cancellation charge incurred. · If less than 6 Months prior to hire date, all monies received, minus the security deposit against damages (if received), will not be refunded. If you wish to postpone your date and then cancel in the future, all monies received will not be refunded. Your date can only be changed once. Written/Email confirmation of any cancellations or changes is required from the Client/Hirer.What is Included?
