Alpheton Hall Barns

Alpheton Hall Barns are part of an ancient settlement comprising Alpheton Hall and the Church of St Peter & St Paul, Alpheton, all set in meadows and woodland at the end of a no through road. If you are looking for a venue where you can create your dream Barn wedding with the option of a woodland ceremony too, then Alpheton Hall Barns could be perfect for you.  Just add friends, family, your choice of food & drink and those personal touches for your perfect wedding!

The Barns are offered with tables and chairs and everything you need for your ceremony and reception. You are welcome to select from our list of trusted catering and bar suppliers or to choose your own (subject to approval). You are welcome to choose a formal or relaxed set up. We provide a full caterers kitchen as well as outside space for Hog Roast and BBQ cooking. A particular favourite, for evening food, is woodfired pizza prepared and cooked in the Barn courtyard and woodfired pizza oven. We want you to truly enjoy your day and self catering is not permitted.

The Barns are offered with exclusive use with access from 12 noon the day before your wedding day for set up until 12 noon the day after your wedding to collect your decorations and other items.

There are plenty of local Hotels and B&B options to suit a range of budgets in close proximity to the venue including within the historic market and wool towns / villages of Lavenham, Long Melford & Sudbury.

Exclusive use of the following amazing spaces: South Barn (for your wedding breakfast, bar and entertainment in one big space), Stackyard Garden (for welcome drinks and garden games), Confetti Arboretum (Confetti & Photographs) and Barn Courtyard ( with wood fired pizza oven) together with all service areas, tables, chairs, heating, lighting and sound systems, decorative lighting and lots of rustic props. Use of the woodland and West Barn ceremony spaces are available for a nominal additional cost.
