Boconnoc is a 600-acre haven of blissful seclusion in Cornwall and the backdrop for your very own wedding wonderland. Our wedding couples exclusively hire Boconnoc Estate and plan their wedding weekend around their dreams. You and your guest party can enjoy Boconnoc in complete privacy as if it were your own rather fabulous home.

For the main celebrations, the heart of the estate is Boconnoc House, a beautiful four-reception-room Georgian country house with views across stunning parkland. There is the Stable Yard for wedding eve parties, with rustic entertainment spaces and a large courtyard. For ceremonies, we have 17 options including; the Dorothy Garden, Boconnoc House, a sunken Bath House, a Coach House, and Boconnoc House Lawn.

Flowers, food, entertainment, and drinks, like the day's running order, are all chosen by you. Choose either from our tried-and-tested suppliers list or those you have found yourself. We will send you our 'little black book' of wedding suppliers and can guide you on your choice.

You can exclusively hire Boconnoc Estate for two-night and three-night weddings at weekends during the spring, summer, and late-summer wedding season and for one-night and intimate weddings on weekdays. These restrictions do not apply during the autumn and winter.

Every Boconnoc wedding is different. However, the outside world disappears for all of them, giving you and your guests an experience to remember for a lifetime.

Boconnoc can accommodate up to 54 guests in luxuriously appointed rooms across Boconnoc House, The Stewardry, Dairy House, and two cottages, all within 5 minutes of each other by foot. Your guests will be able to enjoy all of the activities the estate offers during their stay. For the rest of your guest party, we will recommend accommodation options in Lostwithiel or the charming coastal villages of Looe and Fowey.

Your wedding booking will be confirmed with a 25% payment and a refundable deposit of £350 , the remaining payment is made 8 weeks before your wedding. In the case of cancellation...

Time of cancellation	Sum to be retained (or due if not already paid)
More than 12 weeks before your booking date	We shall retain a sum equal to any direct costs that we have incurred in respect of your event that we are unable to recover or apply to a different event.
For the period that is more than 8 weeks but equal to or less than 12 weeks prior to the booking date	Your deposit will be retained.
For the period that is more than 4 weeks but equal to or less than 8 weeks before the booking date	Your deposit will be retained plus 50% of the full Venue Hire Fee (as set out in your quote).
Less 4 weeks before the booking date	100% of the Venue Hire Fee (as set out in your quote) will be retained.

The hire price includes accommodation for up to 40*, guest breakfast, cream tea on arrival, guidance and support from our team during your wedding planning process, and event coordination during your wedding celebration.
