Located just off the A1(M), perfectly situated between Leeds and York, Bowcliffe Hall is a stunning Georgian country house set amidst 38 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Beyond the grand entrance gates, a sweeping driveway leads you to this serene estate, offering the perfect backdrop for a day of breathtaking wonder.

Facilities and Capacity

The Bowcliffe Room: Accommodating 85 guests with magnificent original features, it is the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony. The Bowcliffe Drivers’ Club: Accommodating 85 guests, we can help you to decide on bespoke canape creations for your drinks reception in the luxurious and sophisticated venue with 1920s-inspired decor. The Ballroom: Accommodating 85 guests for your wedding breakfast or 150 guests for an evening reception, it also features an Art Deco bar, fully integrated sound system and oak dance floor. The Blackburn Wing: Accommodating up to 60 guests for a ceremony or dinner or up to 120 for an evening reception, this 2000 sq ft modern and contemporary treehouse is located within the estate.

Services

Bowcliffe Hall has limited wedding availability each year and is available for exclusive use. You will have access to our culinary team who are renowned for creating exquisite dishes which will help you curate a bespoke menu using the finest locally-sourced ingredients. Each wedding package is tailored bespoke to your vision and will have an experienced team of coordinators on hand during the planning process and big day.

Exclusive to any couple holding their wedding at Bowcliffe Hall, are the services of our talented team of chefs. Truly passionate about food, the whole team will work closely with you to create the ultimate menu that reflects both your personal style and the look and feel of your day. Our exquisite wedding menu, includes canapes, a 3 course wedding breakfast, evening food & options for children, all favouring fresh, local produce. Alternatively, the team can work with you to create the perfect menu for your wedding, enabling you to add a personal touch to your special day.
