For all meetings and Events, our ‘Cancellation Policy’, is as follows:

Cancellation charges payable by you

• More than 24 weeks loss of Non-Refundable Deposit
• Between 24 and 16 weeks before the Event is scheduled to take place 25% of the total booking value
• Between 16 and 8 weeks before the Event is scheduled to take place 30% of the total booking value
• Between 8 and 4 weeks before the Event is scheduled to take place 50% of the total booking value
• Between 4 and 2 weeks before the Event is scheduled to take place 80% of the total booking value
• Less than 2 weeks before the Event is scheduled to take place 100% of the total booking value
