Greentrees Estate is set in 170 acres of picturesque West Sussex Countryside. It boasts private woodland, a lake and fountain, manicured lawns and gardens and a specifically designed wedding venue.

The estate benefits from an elevated position with far reaching views across the valley to the west. Easily accessible from London, Gatwick and Brighton approached via a private, gated, tree lined drive ensuring a tranquil, peaceful and exclusive event and stay. Originally a 17th century working farm and cottages sympathetically restored and renovated over four years to include many of the distinctive architectural features. Greentrees offers a time honoured setting with an innovative and contemporary feel.

For your wedding breakfast the Great Oak Hall will be transformed to create the perfect setting in which to dine.

Traditionally called the Wedding Breakfast, this is the banquet or feast that is served to your guests after the ceremony and can be whatever you would like it to be - a fabulous vintage gin tea party, a sumptuous five course menu or a family style BBQ served to the table - the choices are limitless. Greentrees Estates indoor capacity is 250 seated with a further 50 able to join for the evening party. Depending on your guest numbers we can provide tables and chairs.

Exclusively yours for the weekend. The venue allows you the flexibility to design, decorate and theme your day to your requirements - so your wedding can be the day you have always dreamed of. You can check in from 3pm Friday and can slip away on the Sunday by midday; giving you the entire weekend to enjoy your celebrations. Your guests are welcome to join you, allowing them a peaceful stay for your special day. Extra nights can of course be booked on request.

The eight Greentrees Estate accommodation cottages and apartments are nothing but luxury. You and your guests will all enjoy a comfortable nights sleep, wake up with the beautiful countryside on your doorstep and have the freedom to enjoy the walks through the woodland. Each spacious one- or two-bedroom unit is individually setup affording you and your guests their own character and charm. The living spaces provide an incredibly comfy sofa bed to increase the maximum guest numbers to stay overnight to 33.

Cancellation by the Venue:

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if:

1. The booking may damage the reputation of the Venue.
2. If any part of the Venue is closed or otherwise unavailable due to events beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions.
3. or the Venue becomes insolvent.

We will refund all funds paid for points 1 and 3. Cancellation by the Client: Should the function be cancelled by the client within 8 months from the wedding date, the following charges will apply:

1. Within 6-8 months 40% of the total dry hire fee will apply.
2. Within 150 days, 50% of the total dry hire fee will apply.
3. Within 45 days, 100% of the dry hire fee will apply.

Greentrees Estate will be under no liability for any loss, damage or injury to the Client's property or the property of the Client's guests, if such loss, damage, injury is due to the act, neglect or default of the Client or his guests, servants, or agents.

• The Honeymoon Suite check in from 12pm on the Friday and checkout by midday Sunday.
• Use of hot tub, sauna and treatment room.
• The option for your guests to book the cottages and apartments - check in from 3pm on the Friday and checkout by midday Sunday. Extra nights by prior arrangement.
• Exclusive use of the main hall, bar and lounge and walled garden on Saturday from 9am - midnight. * Set up and styling in the week by prior arrangement. *
• Use of our round tables and chairs.
• Fully stocked bar (pay as you go) with bar staff provided until midnight.
• Onsite Parking.
• In house PA/Music system.
• Wedding coordinator who will organise the venue and be on-site throughout your day and the day before.
