What Makes Us Unique

In a nutshell

A grand Art Deco wedding venue close to London Fields and Hackney Central stations with five different blank canvas wedding ceremony and reception rooms and period features that will wow you and your guests; Hackney Town Hall is a London wedding venue full of surprises. It even has a glass-roofed atria.

Originally built in 1934 by Henry Lanchester and Thomas Lodge, Hackney Town Hall has a long history of welcoming the people of Hackney and its visitors.
Its impressive Assembly Hall (which has its own private entrance and two elegant curved staircases) can be used as one space to host up to 550 people standing, 420 theatre style, or 250 for a dinner and dance, can also be split into three sections.
Urban Wedding Spaces
If you are looking for a more urban venue, Hackney Town Hall's newly refurbished exposed brick, glass-roofed North and South Atria in Hackney Town Hall is perfect.
Lit with coloured LED lights, it gives a warehouse feel in a more intimate setting.
More traditional spaces can be found in the wood-panelled Council Chamber and Committee Rooms; both feature grand chandeliers and are the ideal for stand alone ceremonies.
Book a viewing to see just how diverse these spaces are.
