Kingsettle Stud at The Cholderton Estate

Kingsettle Stud is an imposing Grade II listed Victorian Stable Block, set within the grounds of a 2500 acre privately owned, organic Estate. We are a dry-hire venue, with an open-supplier policy and uniquely flexible and relaxed approach.

With our south-facing courtyard, beautiful Carriage room, al-fresco dance floor plus extensive walled gardens at your disposal, each wedding is completely unique. We only hold a small number of weddings annually, from May - September and all of our couples become part of 'the gang' from the point of booking. We have accommodation on-site, allow guests to camp, and don't charge corkage.

We have an open-supplier policy; you can engage your own caterer, and street-food vans etc work really well in our space. We do have a little black book of suppliers that we think are great if you need some inspiration.

We only hold 10-15 weddings annually from May - September. You have full access the day before to set-up, and until the day after to take-down, and we would never have more than one wedding in a week.

Across our Shepherd's Huts, main house and Cottages we can sleep upto 18 guests, plus an unlimited number of campers in the field.

We have a standard cancellation policy outlined in our Ts&Cs. There is a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your date.

Venue dry-hire includes exclusive use of all areas listed in the Brochure.

Accommodation is not included in hire and must be booked separately.
