If the Client cancels a booking, the Venue has the right to the sums shown below.

• 180 – 120 days in advance 50% of the anticipated charges
• 120 – 60 days in advance 75% of the anticipated charges
• 60 – 30 days in advance 80% of the anticipated charges
• 21 – 30 days in advance 85% of the anticipated charges
• 14 – 21 days in advance 90% of the anticipated charges
• Less than 14 days in advance 100% of the total anticipated charges
