Rowhill Grange is the ideal escape in the heart of Kent. Consisting of 38 bedrooms, award winning spa and 2AA Rosette restaurant.

We have a variety of meeting & private dining rooms, suitable for all occasions and group sizes.

Catering

We have a large variety of delectable menus to choose from, our dishes are hand-picked by our Head Chef Andres Garcia.

Exclusivity

When having your Wedding with us, you will have Exclusive Use of the Clockhouse Suite, Courtyard & 8 Mews Bedrooms for the night of your Wedding (excluding the 'Intimate' package).

Accommodation

8 Luxury Mews Bedrooms are included in all of our Wedding packages (excluding the 'Intimate' package); and are situated across two floors.

This includes our luxurious Master Suite, Groombridge which is equipped with a large soaking bathtub- perfect for ultimate relaxation!

Cancellation Policy

11. Cancellation Costs

11.1 In the unfortunate circumstances of the Event being cancelled:
11.1.1 by You due to your choice, by providing Us notice as outlined in clause 11.2 (unless You are entitled to do so because We have committed a
serious breach of the Agreement); or
11.1.2 by Us because We are permitted to terminate the Agreement due to Your default,
We shall be entitled to cancellation costs from You as follows (which may be more than the amounts You have already paid Us and so You may need to
make a further payment):
· 6 months or more prior to the Date of the Event, 40% of the Costs is due
· Less than 6 months prior to the Date of the Event, 70% of the Costs is due
· 3 months or less prior to the Date of the Event, 100% of the Costs
To note, these cancellation costs shall include all the payments You have paid to Us up to the date We terminate the Agreement or until the
date We receive notice from You in writing confirming the cancellation of the Event, which are non-refundable and non-transferable (other
than outlined in clauses 10 or 11.4).
11.2 Where an Event is being cancelled by You due to your choice, notice must be received in writing (via the email address We shall provide You) and shall
only be deemed valid by Us upon Us acknowledging We have received Your notification to cancel. To determine what cancellation costs apply, the date
of cancellation shall be either:
11.2.1 the date We receive Your notice to cancel (which shall be the time You send the email, or, if this time falls outside Our business hours, when Our
business hours resume) that We shall acknowledge; or
11.2.2 the date We notify You that We are terminating the Agreement (which shall be the time We send the email to You confirming this).
11.3 If We cancel the Event, other than where We are entitled to do so under the Agreement because you have not complied with your obligations or due to
an event beyond our reasonable control occurs, We shall refund You all payments made in full and shall have no further liability to You.
11.4 If You cancel the Agreement in accordance with clause 9.2, we will refund You the amounts that You have paid Us within 14 days, less any amounts We
have incurred in providing the services under the Agreement and any other non-refundable costs We have incurred in relation to the Agreement.

The inclusions slightly differ, depending on what package you decide to go for.

Our larges package 'Exclusively Yours', includes the below:
  • Wedding breakfast and wine tasting for the happy couple to enjoy prior to the wedding day
  • Complete exclusivity of The Clockhouse Venue until midnight
  • Use of our Bridal party changing area from 8.30am, with a breakfast hamper and bottle of bubbly on the morning of your wedding
  • Ceremony locations: Wedding Gazebo or Cottage Ceremony Room
  • Drinks & canapé reception after the wedding ceremony
  • Four course wedding breakfast
  • Half a bottle of wine served with the wedding breakfast
  • Mineral water
  • Glass of Champagne for the toasts
  • Use of our cake stand & knife
  • Private bar, DJ and Disco until midnight
  • Evening buffet
  • Eight luxury mews bedrooms on the night of your wedding, including the honeymoon suite with full English breakfast the following morning in a private room
  • Dedicated wedding team to co-ordinate and manage your celebrations
  • Three month spa membership for the happy couple prior to your wedding day
  • Complimentary one-year bed and breakfast anniversary stay (subject to availability)
