Our Head Chef and his team are passionate about food and ensure that only the freshest and best locally sourced quality seasonal produce is used in all dishes. From taste bud tingling canapes, stylish starters, mouth watering mains and delectable desserts, you and your guests will be wowed by the quality of the food.

With our exclusivity packages you can book the entirety of the hotel, and enjoy your special day knowing that every member of the team is there to make your day perfect.

The Dower House will be your own private hotel from 11am to 11am, including all 21 bedrooms (double occupancy with breakfast) and all function rooms, bar and restaurant. The hotel will be shut to all members of the public.

The Dower House Hotel offers our guests a wonderful choice of bright and spacious bedrooms with views overlooking the stunning grounds and over the first fairway of the Bracken course at the National Golf Centre.  We have 21 in total 6 in the Main House and 15 in the Lodge.  Our 6 bedrooms  in the Main House are being refurbished in January/February 2023 with new bathrooms installed.  We have one accessible room on the ground floor of the Lodge.

To confirm your wedding date you pay a £1000 non-refundable deposit, and further non-refundable payments at 8 months, 6 months and 3 months prior to the big day.  Your final payment is due 1 month before the big day after you have met with our Wedding Planner, Carolyn, and gone through all the details of your big day and confirmed your numbers for the invoice.

Our wedding packages have been carefully planned to ease your wedding worries and make the preparations for your special day as straightforward as possible.

OUR ELEGANCE PACKAGE Our Elegance Packages include all the items you need for a perfect day: Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception venues fully set up and ready for any additional décor touches that you may wish to add. The use of our gorgeous Wedding Dressing Room on the morning of the big day. A glass of Prosecco for all your guests after the ceremony and another for the toasts, a three course wedding meal from our Elegance Menu, followed by tea, coffee and mints, with half a bottle of wine from the Elegance Wine List per guest. We also include a wedding Menu Tasting for two in the months before your celebrations. In the Evening a buffet from the Elegance Evening Buffet Menu is included, and once you have danced the night away the you can slip away to your complimentary honeymoon suite, with breakfast in bed the next morning if you wish. OUR INDULGENCE PACKAGE Our Indulgence Package includes all the above with a few more, indulgent, touches: A glass of Champagne after the ceremony for all your guests, and another for the toasts. Canapés for after the ceremony whilst your photographer records the happy day. Your wedding breakfast and evening buffet can include selections from the Indulgence Menus and you can select wines from our Indulgence Wine List. You and your wedding parties can also enjoy a relaxed wedding morning with two bedrooms included the night before the big day.
