The Loft

Located in the rural setting of Moray, The Loft is a beautifully restored barn wedding venue in Scotland that's full of rustic charm and offers a blank canvas for you to style it exactly how you wish.

Spectacular Backdrops The Loft barn sits on a 360 acre site of a family-run working farm and is not only surrounded by beautiful backdrops of woodlands and hills, but is close to a number of award-winning beaches and forests, giving you plenty of choice when it comes to photo opportunities.

The Loft does not offer in-house catering or bar provision however we work with a variety of suppliers providing some wonderfully unique options for our wedding couples that can be tailored to your requirements. We are not a “traditional” hotel style venue and as such the options available to you can be just what you want ranging from 3 course formal wedding feats to hog roasts, BBQs and even street food vans

Our venue can provide an exclusive use wedding venue for you and your guests to enjoy together with the option, if required for a exclusive site hire meaning the entire farm and venue is exclusive to you on your wedding day or, depending on numbers, a part-site exclusivity and exclusive venue use.

Included in your wedding package are two-nights of exclusive use of The Loft's glamping wigwams, which can sleep up to 94 people, giving you, your family and friends the time and space to catch up in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The Client may cancel the Event, but cancellation will only take effect from the date that the Business received written notice of the cancellation. A cancellation fee will apply as set out in our full T&C's.

Venue hire can be for a day venue hire only or your full wedding day from ceremony to meal and evening dance as well as an exclusive site hire incorporating glamping accommodation so family and friends can enjoy days of time together to celebrate and catch up.
