Small cottages by the sea with 2 bedrooms to large houses with 5 bedrooms. Sea views, beach side, mountain, rural, remote we have them all. We wish to give the visitor a genuinely great holiday experience, by offering excellent self-catering accommodation in scenic locations. You can book your holiday at the click of a button, but if you’d prefer to speak with us, please do call.

If you have to cancel the holiday booking for any reason, immediate notification to the Agent is required by telephone or email and must be confirmed in writing (email or letter). The cancellation will be acknowledged by the Agent by email or in writing. Once a booking is confirmed you are liable for the cost as detailed:

• The deposit is non-refundable.

If cancelled the following charges will apply (time cancelled before arrival date Amount to charge):

• 2 weeks or less 100.00 % of booking
• 3 weeks or less 75.00 % of booking
• 4 weeks or less 50.00 % of booking

If the payment has been made in full when the booking is cancelled, there will only be a refund if the agency subsequently lets the property. The refund will be minus the administration charge and any discount that has been incurred to re-let the property. Insurance: It is expected that all Guests take out appropriate cancellation insurance to cover any cancellation.
