Once you have visited our very experienced team at Greenlands to see the venue, the hardest part will be choosing between the interior warmth of the historic house or the stunning grounds for a marquee wedding. Greenlands is also fully licensed for weddings ceremonies so you can enjoy the convenience of celebrating all in one enchanting location.  Make a grand entrance in style using our private jetty, perfect for boat arrivals, or drive up to the front of the house in your dream car. Inside you will choose from three ceremony rooms designed for both formal and informal gatherings with a capacity of up to 120 guests and enjoy the use of the Heyworth suite for your wedding reception.  Immerse yourself in the spacious, light-filled ambience as you indulge in your wedding breakfast and then dance the night away, all while still enjoying the magnificent views, and access to the grounds. If you would prefer to be closer to the riverside, you can hire the grounds for a marquee wedding where you have the flexibility to organise your own marquee and catering services, all whilst enjoying the perks of the hotel on the estate for guests and ample complimentary parking.

Your wedding breakfast will be a fine-dining experience for you and your guests. Executive chefs and international catering teams create delicious dishes from the finest, fresh, local ingredients. The extensive drinks list, with a fabulous range of wines and champagne, means you will have the perfect accompaniment to your meal. You will enjoy your wedding breakfast in the gorgeous and airy restaurant, which boasts spectacular views across the lawns and river.

At Venue Henley we will only ever hold one wedding a day - whether you are looking to hold a marquee wedding or an indoor wedding, you will have access to the grounds.

Guests can retreat to the Thames Court 100 bed hotel conveniently located adjacent to the main house, perfect for winding down after a day of wedding festivities.  Kick off your dancing shoes and enjoy a relaxing, uninterrupted night's sleep followed by sharing a breakfast feast with your loved ones on the following day.  One of the latest wedding trends is to celebrate with your friends and family over more than one day so why not have a BBQ on the lawn or host an informal lunch before guests depart and you head off on your mini-moon or honeymoon.
