Waterton Park Hotel & Spa

We are an independent, family run Hotel with a loyal and dedicated longstanding team who pride themselves in outstanding customer service with a friendly Yorkshire welcome. The Hotel is situated on an island surrounded by a 26acre lake, championship golf course and rolling woodland, accessible only by a wrought iron footbridge. The setting could not be any more unique and it is a pleasure to work here.

All of our catering is in house and prepared by our own team of Chefs. All produce is locally sourced and our menus are designed to reflect our 4 star status offering quality, quantity and hearty Yorkshire Fayre.

Our packages guarantee exclusivity to just one wedding per day instead of two. As we are a Hotel, we don't offer the venue Exclusively but all weddings have exclusive use of the lawns for photos and private reception rooms.

The Hotel has 63 luxury, en suite bedrooms split over 2 buildings. 22 bedrooms are on the island itself and the rest on the mainland including our own gamekeepers Cottage. All accommodation rates for wedding guests are reduced and include full English Breakfast and full use of our Leisure Facilities which include a lake level swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym.
