How We Met
Laura and Mel met in 2008 when they both started working at the same coffee shop. For the next seven years, they continued to work together, and started camping and travelling adventures and just generally enjoying each others company.
The Proposal
Fast forward eight years to 2016, and Laura hatched a plan to propose on her graduation day at Royal Air Force Halton in front of family and friends. And, after sipping some gin and tonic for Dutch Courage, the room was called silent, Laura got down on one knee and proposed. Mel, of course, said yes, and shortly afterwards, they contacted Phil Dignum to set up an engagement shoot ahead of their wedding.

Laura's nan, Kath, joined Laura and Mel in a couple of photos during the pre-wedding shoot after she kindly let them pose for photos in her back garden.
Final Words
What are we most looking forward to for our wedding? We're trying to make our wedding as fun filled and enjoyable for not only ourselves but all our guests too. The part we're looking forward to most is that we have some 1940's style singers who will be doing a couple of sets for us and our guests to enjoy.
