Time to Give Something Back – The Southdowns Manor Wedding Initiative

With the cost of living and the cost of weddings continuing to put pressure on couples, we know that some have had to put their wedding plans on hold or rethink what they originally dreamed of.

So, rather than simply running another discount, we wanted to give something back. We’re offering a limited number of selected wedding dates in December 2026, January 2027 and February 2027 for £1,000 for up to 40 daytime guests. Couples can then choose to add additional guests, accommodation and other elements if they wish. There’s also a community element to the initiative. Each successful couple will have the opportunity to nominate a local charity or community organisation that means something to them, and Southdowns Manor will make a donation to their chosen organisation in celebration of their wedding. The idea behind the initiative is simple — rising costs shouldn’t necessarily mean putting your love story on hold.
