Bridge End Gardens

Bridge End Gardens is a stunning Victorian garden hidden away in the heart of the Essex Countryside, in the mediaeval town of Saffron Walden. you will have exclusive use of the gardens on the day of your reception with exclusive use of the hedge maze in the late afternoon and evening.  Your reception can be tailormade to suit your dreams, suppliers can be brought in by yourselves, there is a list of fabulous local suppliers all within a 5 mile radius of the venue.

Caterers can be brought in into the venue for the day, we have fabulous local caterers and food vans that can be used, all of them offering a high standard of catering for your reception.

You will have exclusive use of the Walled Garden on the day of your reception, once the hedge maze has closed to the public you will ahve exclusive use of the hedge maze for your guests to have fun in until it gets dark.

There are hotels and air b&b's locally, booking early is highly recommended.

A deposit of £500 is taken at the time of booking, this deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled 60 days before the event, 30 - 60 days before the event 50% of the full fee, less than 30 days before the event the full fee is payable.

When hiring the gardens you are hiring them for 4 days, this allows time to set the structure up, a day to dress the space, your reception and a day to take down. we will bring additional toilet facilities on site for guests to use, we will have staff on duty for the duration of your reception from letting your suppliers into the space and setting them up right through to locking up at the end of the evening. We are on hand to answer any questions you have from the first inquiry right through until the day itself.
